Eating well is a lifelong practice that supports everything we do. We share the experience of eating with the people we love and the choices we make in this domain have a profound impact on the world at many levels. Whole cultures define themselves by their cuisine. But despite eating being so central to our lives, many of us pay it little to no conscious attention. And when it comes to nutrition, there is no one-size-fits-all solution; the foods that are ‘optimal’ for us change from person to person, from season to season and from year to year.
Our nutritional coaching program offers an ongoing, individualised learning process intended to help you develop healthy eating habits. Although what you eat is certainly important, we focus as much attention on addressing how you eat, with the intention of improving the quality of your experience with food.
We use a sustainable, practice-based approach to build healthy habits one day at a time. Members of the nutritional coaching program receive monthly habit plans and their progress is tracked with weekly email check-ins and monthly video calls.
With the Praksis nutritional coaching program, you’ll learn how to:

If you’ve already got all the accountability you need and you rarely struggle with saying consistent with eating, then I’m not a good choice for you. I won’t be able to help you if you’re a figure or fitness model, pro bodybuilder, or a high level athlete training for a specific sport.
