Group Training

Group training is for students who want to work on their projects in a group environment. We will meet (online/in person) before you start to decide on training direction and projects you’d like to work on. As of February 2024 group training times are limited to Tuesday morning/evening, with other options available for those wanting to dive deeper with one-to-one work either online or with private face-to-face sessions.

Group training sessions do not have a specific topic, but we tend to focus on Strength on Tuesday mornings and Movement Practice on Tuesday evenings.

Classes

There are two classes each week. Longevity classes are held on Tuesdays at 10:30-11:30. Mobility @ Hybrid Performance is held on Saturdays at 9-10am. See below for more information.

Longevity: Tuesdays at 10:30-11:30

Longevity classes will focus on restorative and healing topics. Last season we focussed on the basic fundamentals of standing, walking, sitting, and nutrition. This season we are building upon those topics to include movement for specifically for gentle body recomposition and nutrient partitioning. These classes are gentle enough for anyone at any age. You will take way simple but poweful practices that can be incorporated into each day to improve quality of life and longevity.

Mobility @ Hybrid Performance Gym: Saturdays at 9-10am

This class (held at Hybrid Performance Gym: Unit 3/15 Quilpie Cres, Fyshwick) is focused specifically on mobility training. These classes are all about removing restrictions, getting out of pain, and opening up new options for movement. If you have another gym membership, but you're feeling restricted by mobility, this is the class for you.
