Tutoring Information

Tutoring is bespoke private coaching that is personalised to your needs and can include one-to-one sessions, personalised programming, assistance with direction, accountability and support. I am also able to accomodate one-to-two private sessions if the need arises.

A non-exhaustive list of topics we can explore together include:

Strength - to improve daily life, support performance, and become a more capable human.

Mobility - remove restrictions, get out of pain, and feel better.

Movement - explore new ways of moving and open up new possibilities in life.

Hand-balancing - learn to balance on your hands.

Nutrition - eat in a way that supports you.

Appointments can be booked as one-off sessions, or a package of ongoing appointments to help you with specific projects such as helping to manage an injury, move through a large change in life, or work on a particular movement goal.

Our first 90 appointment will include conversation, assessment, and planning towards your goals. We will first get to know each other so that we can begin working on the topics you'd like to explore.

It is possible but unlikely that we will be able to practice embodying any of the topics within one session, though the likelihood of that will increase the more you are able to share with me when booking below.

Cost

After the 90 minute Initial Private Appointment, all Appointments are 60 minutes.

Initial Private Appointment: $130 (90 min)
Casual Private Appointment: $120
